Q: How is the price for shipping determined?
A: Its determined by the size and the weight of the box, where its going, and how fast you want to get it there.
Q: Why does it cost more to send it UPS or FedEx?
A: UPS and FedEx are courier services. Every box/ letter is hand delivered by one of their drivers and every parcel comes with tracking and $100 of automatic insurance.
Q: Does my item have to be in a box?
A: No it doesn't, but if its not, there is an extra charge added to the cost of shipping by the carrier.
Q: Do I have to use a special box?
A: No. You can use any box you want other than a liquor box. No carrier will accept any parcel including the Post Office if the item is packed in a liquor box. We use only high quality NEW boxes with every packing order because of insurance purposes. Our boxes have a 200lb crush rating.
Q: If I have my own account can I just drop off my package?
A: Absolutely. We carry all the shipping supplies you might need for FedEx and UPS. Forms, Envelopes, small Express Boxes, Packs. |
